About the opportunity:
Step into an exciting opportunity as a Fleet Assistant, playing a key role in supporting our high-performing Fleet team across Penfold Motor Group. Based in Doncaster, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience across multiple brands, working closely with Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs), brokers, and valued clients. 

Key Responsibilities;

• Prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations aligned with current pricing and offers
• Maintain quote records and proactively follow up with FMOs, brokers, and clients
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries to ensure a seamless customer handover experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet partners, brokers, and customers
• Support the Fleet Sales team with administration, meetings, and customer interactions
• Stay up to date with brand knowledge through training and product launches

About you:

You will have;

• Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service (automotive or fleet highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team
• Full driver’s licence with flexibility to work across locations
