About the opportunity: We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Consultant, to work in one of Sydney's best PMA's located at our busy Mercedes-Benz North Shore Sales Showroom, located in Chatswood. The successful candidate will undertake the below: Meet and greet with customers to assist with new vehicle enquiries Be willing to learn about all aspects of the Mercedes Benz sales process Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads Maintaining current knowledge regarding the full range of Mercedes Benz vehicles, products, and services as well as our competitor’s products Assist customers with test drives
About you: Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate: Full unrestricted work rights in Australia Impeccable presentation & a professional can do attitude Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Proven experience in a similar role selling luxury vehicles is essential Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Ability to work well under pressure Excellent attention to detail Be able to work in a team environment An Australian drivers license
