About the opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Detailing Supervisor to lead our high-performing team within a busy dealership environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional results.

As a Detailing Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the detailing team, ensuring all vehicles are prepared to the highest standards, delivered on time, and aligned with business expectations. 

Key Responsibilities;

• Lead, mentor and schedule the detailing team to ensure efficient daily operations 
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all vehicles meet dealerships standards
• Plan and managed workflow to meet deadlines for sold and unsold vehicles 
• Train new team members and ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and stock control of detailing supplies
• Liaise with Sales teams and report on productivity, quality, and performance outcomes

About you:

You will have:

• Proven experience in car detailing, with leadership or supervisory exposure (2+ years preferred)
• A strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards 
• The ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team 
• Well-organised with the ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines 
• A solid knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment
• Reliable, proactive team player with a current and valid driver's license
