About the opportunity:

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will receive hands-on training while developing the skills to deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate vehicle bookings, assist with service enquiries, and support the workshop team to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. 

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding face-to-face customer service experience to our clients 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal team members
• Keep customers informed by providing timely updates on their vehicle's progress 
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure vehicles are completed on time and as promised 
• Manage customer concerns professionally and wok towards prompt, solution-focused outcomes 
• Provide accurate estimates and explanations for additional repairs or services where required
