About the opportunity:

Play a key role where you will be the first point of contact in delivering a premium customer experience as a receptionist at our Artarmon site.

Key Responsibilities;

• Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for guests visiting the dealership

• Manage and direct incoming calls, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly and professionally

• Assist customers with service and general enquiries, delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle services and recalls using ERA and Excel systems

• Provide efficient administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly

• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey

About you:

• Previous reception experience within a professional or corporate environment

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

• Ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks

• A proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
