About the Opportunity:

Play a key role where you will be the first point of contact in delivering a premium customer experience as a Driveway Concierge at our Warwick Farm site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally welcome and assist customers upon arrival at the dealership
• Guide customers to the appropriate departments for servicing, repairs, or parts enquiries
• Safely collect and return customer vehicles for servicing in a friendly and timely manner
• Coordinate and manage visitor parking efficiently
• Work closely with Service Advisors to support vehicle pick-up schedules
• Provide customer drop-off and pick-up assistance as required

About you:

You will have:

• A valid Australian or international driver’s licence
• A friendly, customer-focused personality with excellent communication skills
• A high standard of personal presentation
• The ability to work outdoors when required
• Strong time management skills with a positive, can-do attitude
