We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Service Advisor to join the team at Honda Warwick Farm on a full time basis. As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will learn to deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate vehicle bookings, assist with service enquiries, and support the workshop team to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. The successful candidate will undertake the below: - Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
- Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
- Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
- Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
- Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
- Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
