About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a friendly and personable team player to join our Artarmon Service Centre in a full-time Concierge/Driver role. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers at the dealership with a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
• Guide customers to the appropriate areas for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts enquiries
• Collect and return customer vehicles for servicing in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
• Manage and coordinate visitor parking to ensure smooth traffic flow and accessibility
• Liaise closely with Service Advisors to support efficient scheduling of vehicle drop-offs and collections
• Provide customer transport services, including drop-offs and pick-ups as required
• Uphold a safe, organised, and compliant working environment at all times

About you:

Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
