We are seeking a motivated and driven Yard Person to join the team full-time at Warwick Farm.

About the opportunity:

In this position, you will be responsible for providing general assistance to ensure customer vehicles and the dealership grounds are kept in a pristine and safe condition. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

• Moving new vehicles around the dealership
• Assisting detailers with washing vehicles
• Maintaining a well-presented yard at all times
• Ensuring all vehicles are consistently showcased to our customers
• Refueling vehicles as required
• Performing general site maintenance
• Guaranteeing that all vehicles are washed and cleaned promptly to the highest standards
• Keeping the car washing area clean and organised

About you:

Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, attention to detail, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

• A current automatic/manual NSW driver’s license with an excellent driving record
• A passion for the automotive industry
• A strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
• The ability to follow directions and adhere to time schedules
• Comfortable working outdoors
• A commitment to success and pride in their work
• A willingness to go the extra mile
