About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Receptionist, to join our busy Isuzu Service Department located in Warwick Farm on a full-time basis.

About the opportunity:

This role will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating vehicle service bookings and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from arrival to completion. the successful candidate will undertake the below:

• Answer and directing incoming calls 
• Greet and welcome guests on arrival
• Assisting potential clients with enquiries
• Booking vehicles in for a service and recalls in ERA and Excel
• General administration support duties

About you:

Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

• Proven reception experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and multi task
