We are now seeking a highly motivated New Vehicle Sales Manager who is looking to join a growing business with the potential for long-term career growth. Position based at Warwick Farm.

About the opportunity:

This role leads, coaches and motivates the sales team, drives customer experience excellence, manages stock and pricing strategies, and delivers strong commercial outcomes in a fast-paced dealership environment. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

• Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
• Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI
• Mentoring and coaching sales team
• Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
• Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities 

About you:

Success in this role requires strong leadership capability, a proven ability to drive sales performance, and a customer-first mindset. You will demonstrate:

• Strong leadership qualities in automotive or used vehicles industries
• Outstanding negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
• Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
• Knowledge of motor dealership systems, Pentana and Dealer Socket will be an advantage
• Effective people management capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
• Relevant industry or tertiary qualifications highly regarded
