We are currently progressing through a substantial evolution in both IT infrastructure and business growth. We are currently seeking a motivated IT Service Desk Technician to join our National IT Team! This role will be based in Burwood, VIC.

The role will involve the following:

• Perform the primary role of IT phone support by ensuring all inbound calls are answered and logged in a timely manner
• Receive inbound IT support requests via phone, email or ticketing system and triage as appropriate
• Resolve known errors and defined issues or distribute to relevant technician / administrator for resolution, where required
• Preparation and setup of equipment (PC / Laptops) as well as establishment on site
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders on progress of requests
• Maintain an IT asset register with changes to stock
• Maintain records of staff details as a change request is submitted, ensuring all relevant systems have been updated
• Provide onsite support, if required
• Ensure resolution SLA’s are maintained
• Assist IT team where required

About you:

• Foundation IT qualifications from tertiary institution preferred but not essential
• Intermediate certification in Microsoft suites
• 1-2 years working in a customer service environment
• High degree of accuracy and data management skills
• Exemplary telephony and written communication skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
