About the Role:

No automotive or sales experience? No problem. We’ll train you from the ground up.

This Trainee program has been designed specifically for people who are new to the automotive industry. You’ll start with structured induction and classroom training through the FSA Training Academy before transitioning into live dealership environments where you’ll learn hands-on, alongside experienced professionals.

As a Trainee, you will:

• Learn the full customer journey in sales or service
• Support customers in person, over the phone and online
• Work with dealership teams to keep customers informed and engaged
• Build strong communication and customer service skills
• Gain confidence working in a fast-paced, professional environment
