About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Consultant, to join the Mercedes-Benz team based in Campbelltown. To succeed in this exciting role you will be a driven self-starter able to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support. 

The role will involve:

• Developing excitement and passion for our products and department.
• Meeting monthly sales targets set by management.
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored options and solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Keeping up-to-date with our brands, products, services, and competitors.

The successful candidate will need:

• Experience in the hospitality, customer service, or automotive industry
• A sales-focused mindset and motivation to succeed
• A commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A valid NSW driver’s license
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full unrestricted work rights in Australia
