Our Mazda franchises are currently recruiting for the position of Trainee Sales Consultant at our Tweed Heads and Gold Coast Dealerships.

About the opportunity:

If you are passionate about working in a customer centric team, delivering positive face to face customer service experiences this could be the role for you.You will be trained in the below:

• Obtaining a strong understanding of products and its competitors
• Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions
• Customer follow up and database maintenance
• Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
• Assist customers with test drives
• Welcoming customers and providing an exceptional experience

About you:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• A positive can-do attitude 
• Experience in a customer service role or similar preferred
• Ability to learn and navigate new systems
• Open, confident communication skills
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Hold a current driver license
