We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate and motivated Delivery Coordinator to join our Peter Warren Ford team. This position is a 12 month contract term.

 The role will involve the following:

• Ensure every new car delivery experience is memorable and our customer experience is maximised.
• Coordinate delivery and presentation of vehicles to our customers.
• Liaise with finance, Pre-Delivery and other departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Organise and arrange all necessary paperwork relevant to the vehicle handover.
• Provide comprehensive overview of features and benefits of their new vehicle (full training provided)

 The successful candidate will need the following:

• Experience in the Automotive industry or in Customer Service is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy
• Ability to multi task
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
