Typical Responsibilities:

• Be the first voice they hear: handle and direct incoming calls with ease.

• Welcome every guest with warmth and guide them to where they need to be.
• Respond to client enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine service.
• Handle vehicle service and recall bookings, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Performing general administrative support duties

Requirements:

• Reception experience preferred however not essential
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
