We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Senior Service Advisor, to join the team at Macarthur Ford. This role could also be suited to a talented Service Advisor looking to step up, and take on their next career move in an exciting career within the Peter Warren Group.

To be successful you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, works well in a team environment that has a great customer service focus in all things. 

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact, you will take care of the customer’s needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner
• Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
• Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
• Ensuring the customers are given the best possible customer service experience
• Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department
• Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
• Sound Automotive technical knowledge
• Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS preferred but not essential
• Punctual and reliable
• Current driver’s licence
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Demonstrate attention to detail
