About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Receptionist, to join our busy Kia/Jeep Service department in Narellan. This is a temporary contract position until April 2026.

The role will involve the following:

• Answer and directing incoming calls 
• Greet and welcome guests on arrival
• Assisting potential clients with enquiries
• Booking vehicles in for a service and recalls in ERA and Excel
• General administration support duties

The successful candidate will need the following:

• Proven reception experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work under pressure and multi task
