We now have an exciting opportunity for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the team at Hyundai Doncaster.

This is a hands on role where you will support your team by providing coaching, mentoring and leading by example. You will equally be responsible for the operational management of your sales teams, including stocking, reporting and data analysis. 

What the role entails:

• Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
• Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI
• Mentoring and coaching sales team
• Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
• Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities
