About the position:

• Ensure that every customer experience is memorable 
• Coordinate delivery and presentation of new vehicles to our customers
• Liaise with finance, PD and other departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met
• Provide comprehensive overview of features and benefits of their new vehicle (full training provided)
• Follow up calls after delivery and obtaining survey returns
• Delivery photos and publishing to Facebook and Instagram
• Prospecting phone calls from lists supplied to set appointments
• Assisting Sales on the floor with concierge service to potential customers
• Provide ad hoc support as required

About you:

• Strong understanding of how to deliver a first class customer experience
• An ability to go beyond the extra mile
• Prior experience in a customer facing role
• Excellent personal presentation and communication abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to all situations and personalities in a professional manner
• Previous experience in a fast paced environment
• Any exposure to the automotive industry advantageous, but not required
