As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of that experience. You’ll work across multiple dealerships, learning from a range of leading automotive brands and playing a key role in our first-class customer journey - meeting new customers, understanding their needs, and learning every step of the “road to a sale.”

About the Role:

No prior automotive experience is required - we provide the training and support to set you up for success. You will:

• Begin with two weeks of structured, classroom-based training
• Handle inbound sales & service calls and enquiries
• Gain hands-on experience selling cars across dealerships
• Build rapport with customers and provide tailored solutions
• Support dealership teams to keep customers informed and engaged
• Contribute to sales targets and learn how to make the most of every opportunity

What we’re looking for:

• Customer-focused: Skilled at delivering positive customer experiences
• Reliable & committed: Available for a 5-day roster including Saturdays with rotating RDOs
• Motivated to learn: Keen to develop into a confident and capable sales professional
• A team player: Open to feedback and comfortable working collaboratively
• A strong communicator: Effective face-to-face, over the phone, and online
• Tech savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms
• Licensed: A current driver’s licence is essential
