To continuously support this vision, we are now seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to sit at the helm of three rapidly growing brands(Hyundai, Geely and GWM) based at our highly popular Doncaster site.
You will be instrumental in driving growth and profitability whilst having the opportunity to cultivate the new GWM dealership from inception.
Additionally, you will:
Exceeding targets by appropriately planning and directing activity within the dealership
Maintain inventory control system that meets the needs of the dealership and customer
Coaching, leading, and directing a team of successful staff
Develop and execute a long-term plan for the success of the Dealership
Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
Actively managing relationships across manufacture and dealership, including the generating of various reports and presentations
Ensure MSI results at benchmark or better by inspiring a customer centric approach across the dealership
Participate in creating a local area marketing strategy and execute accordingly
