We are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the Isuzu/Suzuki team at our Burwood dealership.

What the role entails:

• Achieve long and short term sales, gross and profit objectives
• Assist the Sales Manager to ensure that all CRM scores are at benchmark or better
• Ensure the Sales process is being closely monitored and controlled
• Keep Dealer Sockets diary up to date. Prospecting potential new clients through telephone and other marketing techniques
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process.
• On every occasion ensure that all interactions by the dealership are of the highest standard, both internally and externally

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience working in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
• Knowledge of motor dealership systems
• Conflict resolution skills
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
