We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join the team at our Ferrari Newstead Dealership.

What the role entails:

• Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
• Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
• Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
• Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
• Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
• Eagerness to learn and grow, while being humble when mistakes are made
• Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
• Being a champion of objections – There is always a positive outcome!
• Ongoing training and development. If you have the desire to grow we will get you there

What we are looking for: 

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired, or
• Experience in Banking, Real Estate or customer facing roles highly desired
• Excellent customer service with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive person who presents professionally
• Experience in a Department where KPIs are used
• Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) highly desired but not essential
• Ability to sell additional work as required – Overcome objections
• Someone who can work autonomously but thrives when part of a team. Culture is important to us
