Our amazing team at Burwood Mazda are now on the hunt for a Fleet Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales Team.

What the role entails:

• Working closely with the Sales Managers to achieve fleet department objectives
• Maintaining delivery logs & updating clients on expected etas of new vehicles
• Coordinating delivery & registration paperwork
• Ensuring our end users KPIs are met & exceeded
• Delivering and demonstrating the features of new vehicles to the clients

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to set personal goals and targets
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications
• Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
• A passion for good customer service
• Be willing to work hard and have fun
• Previous experience in Automotive/Commercial Vehicles would be advantageous
• Self-Driven and Motivated Attitude
