We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our Mercedes Benz sales team working from our Chatswood or Mossman locations. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

About the role:

• Liaise with customers to assist with new vehicle enquiries
• Be willing to learn about all aspects of the Mercedes Benz Agency sales process
• Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs
• Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
• Maintaining current knowledge regarding the full range of Mercedes Benz vehicles, products, and services as well as our competitor’s products
• Assist customers with test drives

The successful candidate will need the following:

• Full unrestricted work rights in Australia
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven experience in a similar role selling luxury vehicles
• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Be able to work in a team environment
• An Australian drivers licence
