What the role entails:

• Leading a dynamic driven team in providing an ultimate customer experience within all business touch points from sales to service
• Coaching a team to exceed targets by appropriately planning activities to drive performance
• Maintain an inventory control system that meets the needs of the dealership and customer
• Establishing both long and short term goals for both staff and financial success
• Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
• Actively managing manufacturer and stakeholder relationships
• Effectively running the day to day requirements of the dealership

What we are looking for:

• Strong leadership background from a dealership environment
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed volume and revenue targets
• Demonstrated ability to maximise CSI results with a passion for customer service
• Staff management experience
• Strong sales and fixed operations background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• A heavy commitment to hard work whist maintaining a fun work environment
