We are now looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the team!.

About the position:

• Ensure every Mazda experience is memorable, and our customer experience is maximised
• Coordinate delivery and presentation of new vehicles to our customers
• Liaise with finance, PD and other departments to ensure delivery deadlines are met
• Provide comprehensive overview of features and benefits of their new vehicle (full training provided)
• Provide ad hoc support as required

About you:

• Strong understanding of how to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience (UCX)
• An ability to go the extra mile and deliver WOW experiences to customers
• Prior experience in a customer facing role
• Excellent personal presentation, communication abilities and teamwork mindset
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to all situations and personalities in a professional manner
• Previous experience in a fast paced environment
• Any exposure to the automotive industry advantageous, but not required
