We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Workshop Foreman to join our busy Ford service team in Narellan.

As a Workshop Foreman, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily tasks, productivity and efficiency of technicians
• Prioritise repair orders in the workshop to ensure on time completion
• Assist with Technical problem solving
• Notify the Service Adviser Team of any additional work that is required
• Ensure work repair orders are completed correctly for Warranty procedures
• Maintain OEM workshop tools and equipment; follow safety practices; notify management if tools need replacement or new tools required
• Maintain cleanliness of the working area and customer’s vehicles
• Assist in expediting of parts orders
• Compliance with the procedures and policies to ensure WHS

About you:

• Full work rights in Australia
• Minimum 5 years’ experience and relevant trade qualifications
• Previous Workshop Controller experience preferred not essential
• A current driver's licence
• MVTC essential
• Air-Conditioning Licence preferred not essential
• ASCIS & AUVIS Licence preferred not essential
• Ability to follow Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures and “Work Safe”
• Motivated and have a positive can-do attitude
• Demonstrate care and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Can work well within large teams and follow processes and instructions
• Are punctual and reliable
