About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assessing their needs.
• Liaise with the workshop and parts departments.
• Provide quotes for repair jobs and ensure customers receive exceptional service.
• Meet and exceed manufacturers' CSI targets.

Requirements for the role will involve the following:

• Experience in retail automotive service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Automotive technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with ERA-Power DMS preferred.
• Punctual, reliable, and well-organised.
• Team player with a professional attitude.
• Current driver's licence.
• Attention to detail.
