About the Role:

We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a passionate, motivated and experienced Service Courtesy Driver to join our Toyota Service Team in Warwick Farm.

To succeed in this role you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands on activities.

The role will involve the following:

• Greet and assist customers at the dealership with a warm and welcoming manner
• Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing
• Collect and return customers’ vehicles for service in a friendly, safe, and timely manner
• Manage and direct visitor parking
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain pickup schedules
• Drop off and pick up customers as required
• Maintain a safe working environment

The successful candidate will need the following:

• Valid Australian driver’s license, maintaining a clean record
• Warm, welcoming personality with a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Flexibility for extended hours or overtime
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Outdoor work capability
• Strong time management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Positive and proactive attitude
