The friendly team at Kia Narellan are looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Consultant to join the team!

 

About the role:

  • Receive full training and hands-on experience in automotive sales.
  • Learn to understand and qualify customers’ automotive needs.
  • Promote Macarthur Automotive as the dealer of choice.
  • Assist with delivery coordination, including vehicle presentation and preparation, completing paperwork, and supporting a first-class customer experience.
  • Engage with customers through telephone and web-based inquiries.
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals.
  • Prepare quotes and gain an understanding of the financing process.

About you:

  • Strong commitment to the automotive lifestyle, including a 5-day work week with Saturdays and the flexibility to rotate weekly RDOs.
  • Exceptional reliability and a passion for customer service with a proven track record.
  • Ambitious and eager to excel in automotive sales, with a willingness to learn from industry leaders and a belief that every customer represents an opportunity. Previous sales experience is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels, including face-to-face, phone, and online.
  • Proficient in PC and administrative tasks.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
