We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our very busy and highly varied Finance department located at Warwick Farm. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be managing creditors across all our NSW locations.

About the opportunity:

• Developing role for career progression within the Finance team
• Process invoices for allocation and approval using Docusmart
• Manufacturer reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
• Managing creditor and internal department enquiries
• Various duties to support the team

About you:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar Finance/ Admin role is preferred but not essential.
• This role would be well-suited to a part time finance or business student looking to further develop their career
• Microsoft office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent time-management and administration skills
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop working relationships
• Basic understanding and knowledge of dealership systems and/or industry is highly regarded
