About the Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Consultant, to work in one of Sydney's best PMA's located at our busy Mercedes-Benz North Shore Sales Showroom, located in Chatswood. 

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet with customers to assist with new vehicle enquiries

• Be willing to learn about all aspects of the Mercedes Benz sales process

• Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs

• Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads

• Maintaining current knowledge regarding the full range of Mercedes Benz vehicles, products, and services as well as our competitor’s products

• Assist customers with test drives

The successful candidate will need the following:

• Full unrestricted work rights in Australia

• Impeccable presentation & a professional can do attitude

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

• Proven experience in a similar role selling luxury vehicles is essential

• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Excellent attention to detail

• Be able to work in a team environment

• An Australian drivers license
