We now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join the team at Ashmore. Responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing stock, reporting, and data analysis to ensure effective operations and growth.

What the role entails:

• Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
• Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI
• Mentoring and coaching sales team
• Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
• Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities

• Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
• Knowledge of motor dealership systems, Pentana and Dealer Socket will be an advantage

• Must possess sound knowledge of internet and selling skills required to maximise internet opportunities
