Our Sales Trainees will embark on a cross-dealership journey, growing in knowledge across our many brands and playing a pivotal role in our first-class customer journey as you meet and greet new customers and learn all elements on the automotive “road to a sale”.

About the role:

• 2 weeks classroom style training to get you started
• Answering Sales phone calls and enquiries
• Gaining hands-on experience in dealerships selling cars, supporting dealership teams, and ensuring customers stay engaged and connected
• Assisting customers by understanding customer needs and providing tailored options and solutions
• Contributing to the achievement of sales goals
• Maximizing every sales opportunity by providing the ultimate customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• Customer service excellence: Proven ability to create positive customer experiences.
• Reliability & commitment: 5-day roster (including Saturdays) with rotating RDOs.
• Drive to learn & grow: Enthusiasm to build a rewarding sales career.
• Team player: Open to feedback, collaboration, and contributing to a supportive culture.
• Confident communicator: Comfortable face-to-face, over the phone, and online.
• Tech capable: Confident using different systems and platforms.
• License: Current driver’s license essential.
