About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Delivery Coordinator to join the team at Ford Warwick Farm. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the timely delivery and handover of newly purchased vehicles to customers
• Processing of all paperwork related to the registration and delivery of vehicles
• Work well alongside the sales team to ensure best customer experience
• Managing the customers experience throughout their journey
• Liaising with the sales and service team to ensure smooth handovers
• Be the face of the dealership for all customers that purchase from the dealership

The successful candidate will need the following:

• Experience in the automotive industry or in customer service is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy
• Must be organised and structured in their daily work
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
