About the opportunity:

An exciting opportunity for a passionate, motivated, and customer-focused Service Driver to join our Mercedes-Benz Service Team at our Mosman dealership site.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, enjoys being on the move, and takes pride in delivering a premium customer experience. As a key part of our service operation, you will play an important role in ensuring a seamless and professional journey for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities;

• Keep vehicles looking their best by washing, cleaning, and preparing cars to a high standard throughout the day

• Provide a seamless customer experience by collecting and returning vehicles safely and on time

• Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and professional dealership environment

• Support the team by moving vehicles across the dealership and assisting detailers when required

• Ensure all vehicles are presented immaculately for customer handover

• Carry out refuelling, basic site maintenance, and upkeep of the wash bay area

• Work efficiently to ensure all vehicles are cleaned promptly and to the highest quality standards

About you:

You will;

• Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record

• Bring a friendly, positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service

• Take pride in your work with excellent attention to detail

• Be well-presented, reliable, and able to represent the brand professionally

• Be comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment

• Have strong time management skills with the ability to stay organised and efficient

• Be flexible and willing to support the team, including overtime when required
