About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Driver to join our Parts Delivery & Warehouse Support team. This role combines timely and accurate delivery of parts with warehouse support duties, contributing to smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all parts are delivered to customers as scheduled
• Verify that correct customer details appear on delivery sheets
• Confirm all parts received by the customer are in a saleable condition
• Promote awareness of the company’s full range of services and facilities
• Ensure customers receive all items listed on the invoice
• Actively encourage customers to purchase other franchise parts from our group
• Assist in picking and preparing parts orders within the warehouse
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and check fluid levels regularly
• Obtain customer signatures on delivery documents to confirm receipt of goods

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• A valid Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred)
• Previous experience in the heavy vehicle or related automotive industry
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience as a Parts Driver preferred however not essential
• An interest in the automotive industry
