About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registrations Clerk to join the team at Bathurst. To be considered for this role, you must be detail-focused, have good time management skills, be process-driven, a team player, and enjoy interacting with customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Register vehicles in accordance with PWAH guidelines
• Complete and authorise vehicle registrations
• Process internal paperwork related to deliveries
• Provide support to sales departments as needed
• Perform reconciliations
• Conduct data entry tasks
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries

What we are looking for:

• Strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance, and accuracy requirements
• High level of interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Demonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments with an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve, and establish work priorities
• Compliance with reasonable instructions provided by your manager or business
• Cooperation with any PWAH policies and procedures
• Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team
