We have an exciting opportunity for a Costing Clerk to join the team at Southport Mazda.

What the role entails:

• Providing professional customer service to all customers that include over the phone, walk ins, etc.
• Preparation of repair orders and correct costing of invoice
• Checking of completed repairs
• Effectively manage the administration including pre-checking all repair orders prior to vehicles coming in
• Reconcile daily cash till with relevant cash sales, invoices and receipts 

What we are looking for:

• Accurate data entry/computer skills
• Great communication skills with an outstanding telephone manner
• Exceptional customer service ethic 
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred however not essential
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Current driver's license
