About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Yard Person to join the Pre-Delivery team on a full time basis at Bathurst. 

In this position, you will be responsible for providing general assistance to ensure customer vehicles and the dealership grounds are kept in a pristine and safe condition.

The role will involve the following:

• Moving new vehicles around the dealership
• Assisting detailers with washing vehicles
• Maintaining a well-presented yard at all times
• Ensuring all vehicles are consistently showcased to our customers
• Refueling vehicles as needed
• Performing general site maintenance
• Guaranteeing that all vehicles are washed and cleaned promptly to the highest standards
• Keeping the car washing area clean and organised

The successful candidate will need the following:

• A current automatic/manual NSW driver’s licence with an excellent driving record
• A passion for cars
• A strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
• The ability to follow directions and adhere to time schedules
• Comfort working outdoors
• A commitment to success and pride in their work
• A willingness to go the extra mile
