We are now looking for a People & Culture Officer to join the People & Culture team based at Warwick Farm. You will play a vital role in administering end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations, supporting the wider P&C team and delivering great people experience.
About the Role:
End-to-end Employee Lifecycle: Administer and coordinate HR processes from recruitment to onboarding, offboarding and everything in between.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness within HR systems and workflows.
People Systems Superuser: Be the go-to person for people systems, providing support and ensuring data maintenance and accuracy across all platforms.
Policy & Awards Application: Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, awards and employment legislations to ensure compliance.
First Line P&C Support: Be the first point of contact for P&C related queries, providing excellent customer service to employees at all levels.
About You:
2-3 years’ experience in administration, payroll or human resources
Experience in human resource information systems and time and attendance
Experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Sound knowledge of legislations relating to employment matters
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meeting challenging deadlines
