We are now looking for a People & Culture Officer to join the People & Culture team based at Warwick Farm. You will play a vital role in administering end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations, supporting the wider P&C team and delivering great people experience.

 

About the Role:

  • End-to-end Employee Lifecycle: Administer and coordinate HR processes from recruitment to onboarding, offboarding and everything in between.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness within HR systems and workflows.
  • People Systems Superuser: Be the go-to person for people systems, providing support and ensuring data maintenance and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Policy & Awards Application: Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies, awards and employment legislations to ensure compliance.
  • First Line P&C Support: Be the first point of contact for P&C related queries, providing excellent customer service to employees at all levels.

About You:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in administration, payroll or human resources
  • Experience in human resource information systems and time and attendance
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Sound knowledge of legislations relating to employment matters
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meeting challenging deadlines
