We are now seeking a highly experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join the team in Burwood, Melbourne. 

What the roles entails:

• Own the phones: manage high-volume inbound & outbound calls, interpreting and quoting genuine OEM parts for our Audi, Hyundai, Suzuki, Isuzu Ute & Geely dealer network and trade customers.
• PartsCheck power user: leverage PartsCheck - the real-time quoting platform that provides the correct part numbers, pricing & that competitive edge.
• Be the parts detective: dive into manufacturer EPCs and online portals to identify, source and locate parts fast.
• Convert enquiries to sales: prepare quotes, raise orders in Auto-IT DMS, upsell accessories and add-ons.
• Deliver legendary service: hit first-call-resolution targets and maintain a friendly, solutions-focused tone every time.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a parts phone room, call centre, dealership parts counter or trade hotline.
• Comfortable with EPCs, DMS (Auto-IT or Pentana) and Microsoft 365.
• PartsCheck proficiency is highly desirable but not essential - we’ll train the right candidate.
• A calm communicator who thrives on KPIs and multitasking
• Experienced in the following franchises is highly regarded : Volkswagen, Audi or any other European brands.
