Peter Warren Automotive Holdings is one of Australia’s largest and most respected automotive groups, with a proud 70+ year history and a growing national footprint across multiple brands and locations. As our business continues to scale, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager - FP&A to join our Group Finance team. This is a highly visible, commercially focused role partnering closely with the Group Financial Controller, CFO and State Financial Controllers to support planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making across the Group. About the role Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role plays a key part in driving financial insight, rigour and forward-looking analysis across the organisation. You will lead group-wide planning and forecasting activities while providing high-quality commercial analysis to support both day-to-day decision-making and longer-term growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Leading group forecasting, planning and re-forecasting cycles
- Ownership of the annual budgeting process across the Group
- Delivering detailed financial analysis to support business decisions
- Building financial models, scenarios and KPIs to generate actionable insights
- Identifying risks, opportunities and areas for business optimisation
- Supporting occasional M&A activity, including modelling, due diligence and integration
- Contributing to ad-hoc projects aligned to strategic priorities
This is a well-rounded FP&A leadership role suited to a high-performing manager who enjoys combining hands-on analysis with senior stakeholder engagement. About you This role is best suited to an established FP&A manager with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record operating in complex, fast-paced environments. You will bring: - Strong experience in a people leadership or manager role
- Strong financial modelling capability (valuation, scenario and business case analysis)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience highly regarded
- CA or CPA qualified, with 4+ years post-qualification experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- A proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded approach
