About the opportunity:

We are seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our Doncaster team, responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories. This role also involves providing exceptional in-store customer service, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting the overall presentation and organisation of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities;

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling enquiries, quotes, and orders accurately and efficiently

• Sell and source parts and accessories, supporting workshop and external customer needs

• Use manufacturer systems to locate parts and assist with quoting for panel and mechanical workshops

• Manage stock control, order processing, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain high service and operational standards

• Maintain a safe, organised workspace and adhere to WHS and quality procedures

About you:

You will have:

• Experience using tools and equipment relevant to the role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong computer skills 
• The ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, and perform under pressure
• Strong knowledge of WHS practices and safe work procedures 
• Current Class C driver's license and relevant education (school certificate or equivalent)
