About the role:

We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a Concierge/Receptionist to join the team at Bathurst. You will play a pivotal role in our first class customer service experience as you meet and greet new customers and learn all elements of the business. 

Responsibilities:

• Being the first point of contact for all customers in person or over the phone
• Establishing a customer’s reason for the visit and directing them to the correct department/staff member
• Maintain the presentation of the dealership showroom
• Assistance with administrative duties for all departments within the Dealership
• Participating in training and other learning and development opportunities

About you:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to maintain a professional presentation.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within outdoors when required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A valid Australian drivers’ licence.
• Sound knowledge of WH&S.
