People & Culture Administrator

We are now looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join the People & Culture team based at Warwick Farm. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations, supporting the wider P&C team and delivering great people experience.

 

About the opportunity:

 

The People & Culture Administrator plays a key role in supporting the People & Culture team and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. This role is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal employment changes, and offboarding, while maintaining HR systems and delivering a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will undertake the below:

  • Prepare employment contracts and system access for new starters
  • Prepare employment variations for internal movements and promotions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Prepare HR related correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, including Fair Work and Modern Awards

About You:

 

Success in the role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  You will demonstrate:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in human resources
  • Experience in human resource information systems and time and attendance
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meeting challenging deadlines
