About the opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join the team at Burwood. As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities;

• Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
• Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
• Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
• Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
• Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution-based outcomes
• Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs

About you:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a genuine focus on customer care, strong communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions while keeping things moving in a busy environment.

You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor (highly regarded) or in banking, real estate, or other customer-facing roles
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Professional, proactive, and confident in presentation
• KPI-driven with the ability to upsell additional work where required
• Experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) advantageous
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, working both autonomously and as part of a team
